Your legal dispute does not need an audience on Facebook.
I understand the urge to post when you are angry, upset or certain that the other person is in the wrong.
You want to explain your side.
You want friends to know what happened.
You might even hope the post puts pressure on the other person.
The problem is that a Facebook post, Instagram story, WhatsApp message or angry comment can last much longer than the feeling that made you send it.
Screenshots can be saved.
Messages can be forwarded.
A few rushed words can later be read by a solicitor, insurer or judge without the context you had in your head when you wrote them.
That does not mean you should stay silent about how you feel.
It means you should be careful about where you say it and who can see it.
Whether the issue involves family law, a personal injury claim or a civil dispute, one simple rule is worth remembering.
👉 If you would not want it read back to you later, do not post it now.
If you are dealing with a dispute, I can help you understand what to do next before things become more complicated.
