With life being chaotic, and being out of the habit, finding time to run has been an ongoing challenge so this morning I tried something a little different.

I chucked my clothes in a rucksack and I used some of my commuting time by running to a train station 10k away from home. I’ll get to the office at the same time as usual.

A satisfying start to the day 💪🏃‍♂️🚂

Ps. I’m thinking about starting a Liverpool professionals lunchtime running group, details tbc.
