Oh dear.
Whoever thought rockwool packed around floor timbers would be a good idea, needs a lesson in ventilation. The whole of the subfloor is full off dry rot. Full floor requires lifting, walls taking back to brick and treating. A full intensive biocide treatment to full room. Then replace the timbers with treated timbers.
