Job Duties include :

· Front of house Receptionist duties

· Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately

· Answering the telephone and referring messages

· Ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times

· Responsible for sorting all outgoing post

· Photocopying and scanning

· Typing as and when required

· Any other administrative duties as required
