✅ Another Successful Outcome for a Family on the FLR(FP) Route! 🎉

Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to share another positive result.

A mother has recently been granted further permission to stay in the UK, following the successful grant of Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) to her son under Appendix Private Life (Child Settlement Route).

Despite being on the FLR(FP) 10-Year Route, the child secured early settlement after just 5 years, avoiding the need to complete the full 10-year period.

This case highlights that some families on the FLR(FP) route may qualify for more favourable outcomes under the current Immigration Rules.
