It was a day of ceiling repairs. Water damage can spread a long way on plaster. This can be hidden if the ceiling is lined with paper. Hence the insurance company repaired up to where the plaster fell but didn’t check the plaster under the lining paper.

Refurbish of a small courtyard patio that had been painted green. The customer had tried several methods to try and return the stone to its natural state, without success.
Top layer skimmed off to return to natural state, and then sealed to help maintain.
