Busy with progress on rennovation in Gosport.

Hawick progress. Another rubbish collection required. Mick has done a great job, what a star. The plumbing cleanup has been a bit of a jenga exercise.

We manage a selection of houses for Airbnb/Booking.com/Direct in this area and are expanding.

We also own a cleaning/turnover team that manages these properties.

We are looking for 1 or 2 people who would like to join the team as independent contractors, providing turnover services on a job basis.

The pay is generous; it is paid by job done. Ranging from £85, to £130 for a 1 to 3-hour solo/shared job. You can volunteer as the jobs come in. We need people to be available on Fridays, as that is our highest demand, with Sundays being a close second.

You will supply your own equipment, be able to drive, and cover our areas, which are mainly Gosport, some Lee-on-the-Solent, and 1 in Hill Head.

We have team leadership, mentoring and some training. The work is quality-driven, not speed-driven. You can work at your own pace, but the standards are inspected and fed back. Quality and reliability are not negotiable.

My job in gosport. Mayfield road. Having the rental finished and released to me, followed by first stage renovations in this heat.

Day three of Scottish flat renovation and the heat wave has finally landed causing all encompassing dust and grit coverage on all skin surface area.

Massive shower later and I've walked away to grab a bit of the very very scarce sunshine up here.

Still, most of the demolition is done, time for rubbish removal and next phase... plumbing.

I'm returning south to start another project called Mayfield 2, so I'm looking that the Hawick trades people are good to step in and pick up where I left off.

I have just purchased this lovely flat in Hawick, Scotland as a BRRR project. I hope to not only renovate but also increase bedroom count from 2 to 3. Once done then could be adding to the areas we cover.
