ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Preferably full-time or 0.8

We are looking for a further administrative assistant/receptionist to join our friendly team. The role will involve providing administrative support to our various fee-earners and offering our clients a warm and caring service.

Legal experience is not necessary however, the key skills we are looking for include the following:
• Attention to detail
• Organisational
• Interpersonal
• IT skills
• Sense of humour!

Salary dependent on skills and experience.

WELCOME HOME GRACE!

Grace Wren who first came to us for work experience when she was 16 and carried on working with us during all her university holidays has now, after 5 years at a firm in Carlisle, returned home.
She will represent clients in contentious and family matters (see our website for more details).
We are very happy to have her back 😊. As a test of her commitment, we made her run the Edinburgh Half Marathon this last weekend and here’s the proof that she passed with flying colours.

Gina, who is one of the administrative assistants to the fee earners at the office, has decided to do some travelling at the beginning of next year in New Zealand 😎 and so will be leaving us at the end of this week ☹️

Thanks to her for all her work over the last 4 years. We wish her all the best. Safe travels Gina, from everyone at Kilvingtons.

We're taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 7 December! Every pound we raise will give children in the UK and around the world the chance to grow up healthy and happy, and change the future for good.

A fantastic amount raised for a fantastic charity.

The grand total raised this year from our annual Make a Will Month scheme is an incredible £6,623! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and made a Will earlier this year whilst donating to the hospice.
