Meet the expert: Lydia Hamnett

As a Partner in our Property Litigation team, Lydia acts on a wide range of property litigation matters, including:

• Business tenancies
• Landlord & tenant (commercial and residential)
• Covenants and easements
• Boundary disputes

She qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and now has over 20 years’ experience in litigation. She went on to complete a Master’s in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London in 2009.
Known for her pragmatic approach, Lydia takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, providing clear, commercial advice focused on achieving the best possible outcome.
