If you're buying goods and worried about what happens if they don't show up, you'll want to read my latest article on Tripwire v Astor. A buyer paid a $9.45m deposit for TNT that never arrived. The supplier claimed it was just late, but the High Court found otherwise - though the buyer still hasn't seen their money. I've written up the full story and what it means for business owners.
