🏡🏡Selling Advice🏡🏡

There are a few simple things as a seller you can do to keep things moving.

1️⃣ Have your ID documents ready and complete your ID & AML check in a timely manner.

2️⃣ Complete your TA forms in full and provide any evidence of guarantees and works that have been completed on the property.

3️⃣ Respond to enquiries as quickly as possible. Remember if you are using us we are on hand to help with this in way of a home visit or video call - delays often come from waiting on answers to enquiries rather than the legal work itself.

None of this guarantees a fast sale, since so much depends on other parties in the chain, but it does mean your side of things won’t cause a bottleneck.
