Mr Sunak has now announced that the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) break has been extended to the 30th June 2021. This means that you will only pay SDLT on properties above £500k.

From the 1st July 2021 the SDLT threshold will then be £250k until the end of September when it will then return back to the usual £125k threshold.

This is great news for the property industry and so many of our clients who will save money on tax!

We hope this will help so many buyers who might have taken a financial hit during the pandemic and will help them to afford to buy their dream homes.

Unfortunately due to the bad weather, both our offices are shut for the rest of the day. We will hopefully be back open tomorrow morning at our usual time of 9am.
Due to the current national lockdown we are not currently providing face to face meetings. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but this is so that we can ensure safety measures are adhered to and social distancing guidelines are applied.
