A message to our clients regarding the November Coronavirus lockdown

The housing market is still able to operate so house moves are permitted as long as Covid 19 safety guidance is adhered to, and we will all continue to be working to meet our clients’ needs.

We are collecting our post from the Post Office each day and you are more than welcome to put correspondence, documents etc through our door. We are available by phone or email as normal during our normal office hours as we remain in the office.

We will continue to review official advice on Covid-19 and provide updates via our website and Facebook.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding and please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any questions or concerns.

Stay safe and see you soon.

We are pleased to confirm that we are re-opening our office in Henley on Thames on Monday 1st June 2020. We will be complying with the required government measures and we should be grateful if clients could please telephone for an appointment before coming to the office so that we can control the number of people on the premises at any one time.

Whilst McQueen Turner Solicitors is still providing a full legal service, in the interests of both our clients’ and staffs’ health, we are closing our physical office in Henley as of 27th March 2020 until such time as the Government guidance changes.

As we are trying to apply best-practice social distancing, we are collecting post on an infrequent basis and are asking that all correspondence be conducted by email, to increase the speed and efficiency in which we can deliver our legal service.

We will continue to review the situation and official advice on COVID-19 and provide updates via our website.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding and please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any questions or concerns.

Our Christmas tree at St Leonard's Watlington

Our poem
Cancel Christmas - Maybe Not
I don't think I will bother with Christmas this year
The dog's not well and the end might be near
I can't face the stores and shops
And the cost of it all is much too dear
I don't think I will bother with Christmas this year
It all seems too much of a chore
All the decorations are up in the loft
And I hate pine needles all over the floor
I don't think I will bother with Christmas this year
The television programmes are all repeats
I get stuck with all the washing up
And I can't believe how much everyone eats
But then again as I sit in this Church
Separated from the world outside
I think about Mary giving birth
And how I felt when I held my first child
So maybe Christmas isn't so bad
If you celebrate it the right way
Be grateful for the gift of our children
Cancel Christmas - No Way
