We’re so happy to officially welcome Hannah Gordon back from maternity leave ❤️

Hannah is our Head of Employment and Personal Injury here at Wadsworths, and she’s been hugely missed by both the team and our clients. She brings not only years of expertise, but also genuine kindness, reassurance, and support during what can often be really difficult situations.

Hannah is here to help with all aspects of employment law, including workplace issues, disputes, disciplinary matters, redundancy, unfair dismissal, and settlement agreements. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner who will listen, guide you properly, and help you understand where you stand - and that’s exactly what Hannah does.

We’re really pleased to welcome Hannah Smith, who joins our Family Law team today.

Hannah brings great experience in helping clients through all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, financial arrangements and matters involving children. She’ll be primarily based across our Henley-in-Arden and Tamworth offices, supporting clients locally from both locations.

It’s always lovely to welcome a new face to the team, and we’re excited for the experience and care Hannah will bring as she helps support families through what can be really difficult times.

Today was all about Sue 💐

To celebrate an amazing 10 years with the firm (and with her birthday tomorrow 🎂), we surprised Sue with a well-deserved afternoon tea at Henley Ice Cream. She was joined by her lovely colleagues from the Henley office, along with Alexandra (Wadsworths Managing Director) and some of our Shirley team.

If you know Sue, you’ll know just how much she means to us. She’s kind, dedicated, always ready with a smile, and the sort of person who makes everyone’s day that little bit brighter – clients and colleagues alike. Over the last decade, she’s been such an important part of our journey, and we honestly wouldn’t be the same without her.

Days like today are a real reminder that it’s our people who make Wadsworths what it is.
