Got to thank Steve Paris, Assistant Manager at BC Ceramics for some great advice around diamond tile cutting bits for drilling holes into our customer’s pristine bathroom tiles - we’ve not used that style of bit before and weren’t entirely comfortable with the risk. However, Steve was kind enough to open the product, demonstrate the technique and let us practice using his own tools on a tile until we could do it perfectly!
