Thank you to Mr Dornelas for this wonderful feedback for our Nyree Holewell. We really do appreciate messages like this!

"Now that the sale has completed, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work throughout the transaction.

I know this was not the most straightforward sale, and I really appreciate your patience, professionalism and persistence in dealing with the many enquiries and last-minute requests from the buyer’s solicitors. Your guidance and support throughout the process were invaluable.

It has been a pleasure working with you, and I am very grateful for everything you have done to help bring the transaction to a successful completion.

Please also pass on my thanks to everyone else at Christopher Bean Solicitors who assisted with the sale."

Thank you to Mr Ballantyne for your wonderful message that we have received:-

"Emma Jones handled my recent sale and purchase in Hastings.

Brilliant service and everything was explained clearly on all occasions. All queries answered quickly. There were various delays throughout the process, beyond the Solicitors control and Emma ensured these were chased up and kept me fully updated regularly.

If you are looking for a professional local Solicitor who cares for their clients and provide 100% 5 star service, then look no further than Christopher Bean Solicitors. I will be using them again in the future on another matter."

Thank you to our client David Stokes for these kind words:

"I found your service excellent and professional but yet a personal service, never too busy to speak to us and on our level not condescending it was like talking to a friend... and the charges were very good too... would thouroughly recommend you"

Chrristopher and Debbie were delighted to help David and really appreciate this feedback

Sometimes it is best to let the client spread the word for us:

I used Christopher Bean's services to carry out the conveyancing on my property. This was during a very unpredictable and turbulent time in the housing market. My property required a lot of work, both inside and out, in fact, it was a complete renovation, making it appealing to a very limited market.

To be honest, I was worried about the sale progressing to completion and exchange. However, due to Christopher's experience, professionalism and optimistic attitude it did proceed to the end point. Throughout the process, Christopher and his colleagues maintained great communication , fully involving me in all matters within the process. Christopher was very supportive and sensitive to any needs or concerns , making the process much smoother.

I felt the service was extremely encouraging, optimistic and helpful throughout my sale.

I have no hesitation recommending Christopher Bean's services.

Thank you Mr Commane, we are so pleased that we were able to help you!
