Many people don’t realise how many choices they have with their funeral arrangements, so it’s a really important part of my Will discussion.

When you think of a coffin, are you picturing a big shiny wooden box with brass handles?

You’ve got options.

Wicker, willow, cardboard, bamboo, seagrass, a shroud… you can even have something colourful, covered in pictures or absolutely smothered in glitter if subtlety was never really your thing.

Your coffin can be simple, eco-friendly, completely bonkers or somewhere in between.

Basically, there’s no rule saying your last box has to be a boring one.

We’ve got a free article on the Coffin Club website looking at some of the choices out there – and there are a LOT more than you might think.

Have a nose through “Coffins, Shrouds & Wicker Baskets: What Will You Be Buried In?”

So, what are you going out in?

Many people incorrectly believe they do not need a Will or have simply not got around to it. If this article resonates with you please get in touch. [email protected]

Making a Will is one of the most important steps anyone can take to protect their family, assets and wishes after death. Yet, despite this, millions of people in the UK still die without one.
