When a fee earner attends a lecture, we cascade knowledge to our team. If the results or interpretation of results in a case do not accord with our client's instructions, we put questions to the laboratory in writing. Ultimately we can apply to the Court for permission that an appropriate witness from the testing laboratory be examined and cross examined at the final hearing.

There are growing concerns over the way hair strand tests are being interpreted in the Family Court.
