Meet Stephanie Milligan - Support Executive.

Steph joined Bird & Co in February 2014, initially working within our Post Completion Team where she ensured all conveyancing transactions were registered at the Land Registry efficiently and on time.

Since then, Steph has developed her role and is now part of the team led by Rebecca Tasker, Deputy Head of Conveyancing. She handles a wide range of responsibilities, including setting files up for completion, while continuing her specialist work in Land Registry applications, where she is a recognised subject matter expert.

Based in our Newark office, Steph is a valued member of the team whose knowledge and attention to detail help keep transactions running smoothly.
