A refusal isn’t always the end of the story.
If a decision has gone against you, there are usually three real paths forward:
→ Appeal - challenge the decision itself, if you have valid grounds
→ Administrative Review - ask the Home Office to correct a caseworking error
→ Reapply - fix the issue and submit again, if that’s the faster route
Which one’s right depends entirely on why the application was refused - and getting that read wrong is the single biggest reason people lose time they didn’t need to lose.
If you’ve had a refusal, don’t sit on it. Get in touch today.
