UK VISA REFUSED?
You may have MORE options than you think.
Every year, thousands of people in the UK have visa applications refused by the Home Office. Many assume that's the end. It isn't.
Here's what your refusal letter might not tell youβ¦
DEPENDING ON YOUR VISA TYPE, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO:
βοΈ Appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber)
π Request an Administrative Review of the decision
π Submit a fresh application with stronger evidence
π‘ Raise human rights grounds if removal would breach your rights
π Apply for Judicial Review if the decision was legally flawed
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: DEADLINES ARE TIGHT.
You often have only 14 or 28 days from your refusal to lodge an appeal. Miss that window β and your options shrink dramatically.
Some common visa types and your options at a glance:
π Spouse / Family visa refusal β Right of appeal (in most cases)
π Student visa refusal β Administrative review (14-day deadline)
π Asylum refusal β Right of appeal
πͺπΊ EU Settlement Scheme refusal β Right of appeal
βοΈ Visitor visa refusal β Fresh application or Judicial Review
