We are delighted to announce that Stephanie Creasey has been appointed Deputy CEO of 360 Law Group having responsibility of 360 Law Services.

An experienced corporate and commercial solicitor, Stephanie has spent over a decade advising on company sales, acquisitions, management buyouts, restructuring and commercial contracts, with a particular specialism in secured lending and property finance. Having built a corporate department from the ground up at her previous firm, she was promoted to partner within two years and was later named a Top 40 Professional on the Bridging and Commercial Power List 2023 — recognition of the consistently strong outcomes she delivers for her clients.

Clients and colleagues alike value Stephanie for her reliability, proactive approach and clear communication, and as Deputy CEO she will bring that same dedication to supporting our wider team.

We are delighted to announce that Erika Moralez-Perez has been appointed Deputy CEO of 360 Law Group having responsibility of 360 Business Law.

Erika brings a rare combination of legal expertise and genuine commercial acumen to this role. A bilingual corporate and commercial lawyer, she spent nearly a decade in business management before qualifying as a lawyer — an experience that shapes how she works today. It's given her a first-hand understanding of what clients actually need from their legal advisers: not just technical correctness, but commercially switched-on guidance and excellent client service delivered with real business context.

Erika's practice spans Commercial, Corporate Law, and Data Protection, and as Deputy CEO she will help ensure that same commercial, client-first mindset runs through the wider team.

A new chapter begins🏡

It’s official, our new signage is up and we’ve fully settled into our new home in Lightwater Village.

The move marks more than just a change of address. It’s been a chance to connect with a genuinely welcoming community, from friendly chats with neighbouring businesses to discovering the best local coffee spots (recommendations always welcome!).

What’s really stood out is the sense of community here. Lightwater already feels like home, and it’s the perfect place for us to continue supporting our clients across the UK and internationally.

A big thank you to everyone who’s helped make our transition such a positive experience, we’re proud to now call Lightwater Village home.
