It is with regret that we are writing to inform you that as of 19 January 2024 our Brecon Office will be closing.
The reason why we have taken this difficult decision is because we have had difficulty recruiting new staff to help with the day to day running of the office and it is simply not feasible for our current solicitors to continue to come to the Brecon Office whilst continuing to assist with the day to day running of our other offices.
Please note, however, that our firm is not closing down. Our offices in Ebbw Vale, Tredegar and Ferndale shall remain open.
If you are a Brecon client and have a matter that is ongoing with us then, if you are happy for us to do so, we will continue to act on your behalf in this; we will just deal with your matter out of one of our other offices. If, however, you would like to transfer your matter to another local firm then we would fully understand. Please can you let us know your wishes. If your matter has already concluded and we are holding a file for you or any original documents, then we will continue to hold these for you in line with the firm’s policy on storage of documents. If, however, you would like to retrieve your file or documents from us then please let us know so that we can make arrangements to do so.
