Regardless of what the Internet tells us, or AI the facts are somewhat camouflaged in altering the Australian constitution.
Read the remarks in researching both,it is interesting what David Appleby confirms as in the ‘know’
This was in response to my question posed?
How many Constitutional lawyers do we have in Australia, only a few, not many, how many could insert the original constitution into an AI data base for comparative analysis to the current constitution,then clearly evidence what changes ????

On a note. Do not use the word amend, the correct word in S128 is alter, they mean two different things. Alter includes amend along with a multitude of oter meanings.
In Black's Law Dictionary, "alter" means to change, modify, or vary something in some degree, affecting its incidental or subordinate features without substituting an entirely new thing or destroying its fundamental identity.
An alteration, in a legal context, is a change in a document that can be significant enough to affect the rights of the parties involved or even invalidate the document itself.
They have affected our rights without a referendum.”
YES they have altered your Constitution Australia, we the people were right, but so crafty as not to alert the internet or AI.
