We are a boutique, specialist mortgage broker, assisting clients to obtain funding to purchase residential properties, mainly for rental.
Due to increasing levels of business we are currently looking to recruit a part time admin assistant to help with mortgage processing and office administration.
We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual that ideally has had previous experience of working in an office environment, have good administration and IT skills with an interest in a long-term career in property. Previous customer service experience would be an advantage. The role will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to obtain professional mortgage broking qualifications and career progression within the company.
This role offers flexible working hours and home working.
The Role will initially include:
Data input for mortgage applications
Maintaining records and updating CRM systems
Communicating with clients
Assist in bringing new clients on board
