From mast climbs to ultramarathons, triathlons and bake sales, our colleagues are taking on some impressive challenges for causes that matter. 👏

Katie Newlands, Sarah Polson and Fehmida Hanif recently braved a 25 metre mast climb in Dundee, while Andy Groom and Lynsie Miller are preparing for a 100km ultramarathon in Albania this September, raising money for four charities. As part of their fundraising, Andy also held a bake sale in our Edinburgh office, with his son putting his culinary skills to good use and helping provide the spread.

Neil Macdonald is also gearing up for the gruelling 73km ROC Scotland triathlon this October,
