And the happy ending? We’ve now let the property to some lovely friends of ours, who are getting ready to start an exciting new chapter with their family, cat Monty 🐱, and a little bundle of joy on the way! 👶

From the moment we stepped through the door at Stevens & Carter for their Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning, we knew it was going to be a good one — especially when the first thing we spotted was Sam Beale! 😂

So lovely to catch up with some old faces and reconnect with everyone.

And WOW… what an array of home-baked cakes, sausage rolls and fantastic raffle prizes, all generously donated by local businesses. 👏

In just two hours, they raised an incredible £900 for Macmillan Cancer Support! 💚

Fantastic effort, guys — thank you for inviting us along and for putting on such a brilliant morning. 👏☕️

And we may… or may not… have quietly slipped a triple chocolate cookie away in our bag for later (delicious by the way 𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐄 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐍👸🏼). 🍪🤫😂
