After what we thought was a full fix of the outage problems at the weekend- our phone lines and internet have gone down again this morning. We are trying our hardest to resolve this issue with our provider promptly. We appreciate this is very frustrating and we are very frustrated. We are hoping everything will be fixed today.

Unfortunately the office this morning is affected today by a system outage problem which means we have no internet nor phones working. We are working hard to resolve this problem with our IT department but there may be significant delays and disruption to the service we can offer clients today. We have been advised by our IT department that this is a wider issue than we had hoped. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact me via email in the meantime at [email protected]

Kym Samson Family Law has turned 2 today! 🩶💜 what a quick two years it has been. I am forever thankful for the support from all clients, old, present and new along with colleagues, friends and of course family. I never take for granted how supported the Firm is, it makes me very proud and very grateful. I have a fantastic team behind me & I am proud to be able to celebrate with them tonight and their hard work. Without my team, KSFL could not function. Thank you to all of you. Here’s to the future & a weekend of celebrations! 🎉🩶💜 🎂🧁♥️
