spent 15 years working in the family law team at one of Scotland's largest law firms, latterly as a partner. I decided to launch my own, dedicated family law practice in order to provide my clients with a personal, approachable service but with the expertise you might expect from a large firm. I am passionate about using alternative methods of resolving disputes, as I strongly believe that in family matters, court should be viewed as a last resort. That is why I qualified as both a Collaborative Lawyer and a Family Law Arbitrator. I use these additional skills and techniques in my daily practice.
