You may have seen our post last week about our own Neil Webster courageously shaving his hair off for charity, in advance of his starring role in Dumfries Musical Theatre Company's upcoming production of Calendar Girls, the Musical at The Theatre Royal Dumfries from Saturday 16th May until Saturday 23rd May. Tickets are still on sale, and available at the link in the post below. You might also spot an on-stage cameo from another one of our team, Lauren Grantham, with our Carolyn Priestley also helping out from the wings. You'd think it was a pre-requisite of working at Walker and Sharpe to be a lover of musical theatre! 🎭

Clients of Walker & Sharpe partner Neil Webster may notice in the coming weeks that he is not his usual hairy self. Neil has been asked to shave his head and face in order to play the part of John in DMTC's production of Calendar Girls.

Neil is taking the head shave as an opportunity to raise funds for Maggie’s Centres, a charity providing free cancer support and information through its centres across the UK. Maggie's Centres has local roots, having been founded by the late Maggie Keswick Jencks of Holywood, and they have recently been given the go-ahead for a centre in Dumfries. Details of Neil's fundraiser are below, and any donations would be gratefully appreciated.

Dumfries Musical Theatre Company are performing Calendar Girls at the Theatre Royal, Dumfries, from Saturday 16th to Saturday 23rd May. Tickets for the show are available at the Midsteeple or via Ticketsource.
