Let me introduce myself, my name is John and I joined the military in 1988 and served firstly as an Aircraft Weapons Technician and later as a Bomb Disposal Operator. I left the military in July 2007, and worked at Drax Power Station and then later as a private Bomb Disposal Contractor. I joined the Police Service in 2010, and mainly served as an Armed Response Officer and a Roads Policing Officer

. In 2020, I was diagnosed with complex PTSD & Anxiety which has been caused by my service in uniform. I have recently been forced to retire from uniformed career and am trying my best to rebuild my life and start a fresh career. Busy, busy, busy!! 🤦‍♂️
However, here’s a new gate I supplied & fitted today.
It presented a few hurdles and head scratching moments but I got there in the end. 😁

Completely rotten sleepers removed and replaced with new. Looks a lot smarter now 👌
