Flint Bishop’s Commercial Property team has advised Grantley Hall Group Limited on the acquisition of a 44-acre mixed-use land and property portfolio adjoining the Grantley Hall estate in North Yorkshire.

The transaction supports the Group’s long-term expansion plans, adding significant scale and flexibility to one of the UK’s most recognised luxury hotel estates.

Great to get out of the office yesterday evening with colleagues from our Derby team for a Walk & Drinks in Duffield. 🌿🍻

A relaxed circular walk through the countryside gave everyone the chance to properly catch up – especially with people we don’t always get to spend time with day to day.

We rounded things off at a local pub, which was a nice way to unwind and continue the conversations.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so enjoyable.
