CONVEYANCING VACANCIES

We are looking for the following staff to help us in our busy office in Coleford.

Conveyancer - This position would suit a legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of two years post qualification experience. However consideration would be given to those who have a strong background in conveyancing and are studying to become a licensed conveyancer.

Conveyancing Secretary - Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. Knowledge of case management systems advantageous.

If you are hoping to complete by the end of March to benefit from the stamp duty holiday it is now unlikely that we will be able to achieve those dates for you on any new instructions. Solicitors are experiencing high levels of work and delays and we are finding replies to correspondence and enquiries taking much longer. No news on whether the stamp duty holiday will be extended as yet.
