As a whole moaning grinds on me….. but today I just don’t understand why you would re-seal a shower over existing sealant which is mouldy…. No wonder the shower smells of damp!

Do the hard yards, a bit of graft is good for you.

Then use the right materials!!…. HG mould spray,Multi-solve for the old sealant, a proper scraper then CT1 for this shower over the weekend. Job done. Damp gone. Smell gone.

Arts and craft time!….. Pesky vertical blinds always need a lot of tlc…. High Maintenance!

This time it’s not snapped pulleys, a falling track, snapped beads, missing weights or folded vanes….. this time the vanes are slightly too long!

Wireless glue gun to the rescue.

I’m trialling this for water-damaged ceilings… I’ll be going straight back to Shellac-based Zinsser Bin!

I wonder how much old sealant I have removed in total and how much new sealant I have applied….. I bet they don’t match.
