Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Chesterfield – NOT HYBRID
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:00
Contract: Permanent
Kieran Clarke Green Solicitors are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Conveyancing Department in Chesterfield.
The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, including audio typing, handling telephone enquiries, producing legal documents, managing files, and general office administration. One day per week will include administrative duties within the accounts department, along with ad hoc reception cover.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong typing and administrative skills
• Experience in conveyancing (preferred but not essential – training provided)
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Competency in Microsoft Office
• A proactive and flexible approach
