Who pays the legal costs of a personal injury claim?

One of the most common concerns people have before making a claim is whether they'll be left with a legal bill.

The good news is that most personal injury claims are handled under a No Win, No Fee agreement (also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement).

✔️ If your claim is unsuccessful, you won't pay your solicitor's fees for the work they've carried out.
