A special post today featuring our Trainee Solicitor, Luke Brookes.

Luke has given us a few words as to how his training contract is going so far and his journey towards becoming a qualified solicitor 👨‍💼

“The training contract is my final stage of training before qualification as a solicitor. I have already taken and passed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) which I did at BPP University.

The training contract with Converse Law will last 2 years where I will sit 4 different seats in property law each lasting 6 months.

My first seat which I am sitting right now is in Residential Property. I will also need to pass the Professional Skills Course (PSC) before I can be admitted as a solicitor.”

A home fit for a King! 👑

We were delighted to act on the conveyancing for our client, BluSkye Property, helping them acquire a properties in the historic city of Bath and surrounding villages.

The standout property has to be 103 Sydney Place - which was once home to King William IV in 1817!

A stunning period property, it has been completely transformed into a beautifully finished three-bedroom flat.
