We are delighted to have been the legal advisors on behalf of Cape Homes in its partnership venture with Gloucester City Homes, in securing and developing a site in Longford, Gloucester, to deliver a fantastic EPC-A rated affordable housing scheme.

It is always rewarding to be a part of projects that play a direct role in delivering meaningful social impact — in this case, helping bring forward 17 new homes that will provide secure, energy-efficient, and affordable accommodation for local families and individuals.

The development is a great example of the successful collaboration between developer, housing association, and local authority with financial support from Homes England Affordable Housing Programme, with a clear shared focus on sustainability, accessibility and long-term community benefit.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing the scheme forward, particularly the teams at Cape Homes and Gloucester City Homes 👏
