At JMR Recruitment Services Ltd, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice/Trainee Resourcer to join our growing Trades & Labour team. No previous recruitment experience is necessary – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills and progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role in the future.
Apprenticeship Training
You will work towards achieving the Recruiter (Level 3) Apprenticeship Standard, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while learning on the job. The apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to build a successful career in recruitment.
What you'll be doing:
Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook and job boards.
Pre-registering and screening applicants.
Conducting candidate interviews and checking eligibility documentation.
Maintaining and updating our candidate database, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
Proactively marketing suitable candidates to clients.
Building relationships with candidates and providing excellent customer service.
Regularly contacting existing sites and clients to support their recruitment needs.
Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
As your confidence and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to arrange client meetings and contribute to business development activities.

What you'll receive:
A starting salary of £16,640 in your first year.
