Lovely hallway floor completed this week in Headcorn 🔥

The old laminate flooring was removed, the subfloor prepared with tile backer boards, glued and screwed into place, and these lovely 200 x 200mm patterned files laid to finish it off.

Here’s a wet room floor I completed last month in Strood.
The existing tiled floor had failed due to poor preparation of the subfloor. The shower former had been installed onto 6mm insulation board 🤯, insulation board laid directly over loose floorboards, with no adhesive to fill the voids and no washers used when fixing it down. This resulted in a huge amount of movement across the floor, causing grout joints to fail and ultimately allowing water to leak through the ceiling below

I stripped the entire floor back and started again: all floorboards removed and replaced with 18mm ply, a new Jackoboard shower former installed onto 18mm ply, fully tanked, 6mm Jackobaord glued and screwed, tiled and grouted with “No Mess” Grouting System - which was an absolute dream to use!

My customers now have a solid, leak free wet room floor 👌🏼

Freshen up completed on this En Suite a couple weeks ago, ready to put on the market in the near future.
Tiles removed, waterproofed and new panels installed in the shower area, new quadrant shower tray installed lower to the floor, new shower and shower screen!
New downlights and 1 moved to the shower area, new extractor fan also installed.
Tiled floor, new taps and basin waste, new toilet seat and freshly painted walls and ceilings after plenty of prep to ensure no more peeling occurs!

W/C refurbishment completed last week in Ashford,
a few small upgrades have completely changed this W/C!
• New floor tiles
• New toilet
• New vanity sink unit
• New skirting boards
• New heated towel rail
• Fresh lick of paint
