We are totally approachable and our offices and staff are open and friendly. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable, which is why we more than happy for clients to bring their families with them to appointments and meetings, or we can arrange a home visit. Our approach is client focused and our costs are always transparent. We offer fixed fees on many of our services and a free 30-minute consultation on family and matrimonial matters.

⭐JOB OPPORTUNITY-RECEPTIONIST- FULL TIME- PERMANENT⭐

We are looking for someone who can join our team as a receptionist on a full time basis. We require someone who is highly organised and efficient who is able to work in a busy law firm. It is important that any applicants have exceptional communication skills and are good at dealing with the general public as this will be a substantial aspect of your role. You will also need to be IT proficient as you will be required to use a database to open and close files, use Microsoft Office and deal with emails. The main duties within your job role would be:

-Answering the telephone and dealing with any initial queries, allocating calls to the correct fee earner, taking messages
-Monitoring emails and dealing with queries via email and the firm’s website
-Attending to clients at reception, taking payments and paperwork from them
-Arranging appointments for clients
-Dealing with the firm’s post and banking every day
-Opening and closing of files
-Providing potential clients with quotes for our services
-Assisting with the ordering of stationery

The successful candidate would be working on a full-time basis of five days per week during office hours (9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4.30pm on a Friday).
