Nicola, a highly respected Chartered Legal Executive and head of the firm’s Wills & Probate department, brings over 15 years of dedicated legal experience to the leadership team. Having re-joined Scott Duff & Co in 2022, she has been a vital asset to the firm, consistently delivering exceptional service and expert guidance to clients navigating complex private client matters.

Tomorrow, our newly promoted Head of Property, Shaun Martin, is taking on an incredible (and highly questionable!) physical challenge: a 26.2-mile marathon between 8 local pubs, enjoying a pint at each stop along the way.
Shaun is running "Shaun’s Beer Marathon" to raise vital funds for Team Evie, a phenomenal charity that supports sick children and their families. He is undertaking this challenge in honour of close friends whose twin daughters received vital support from the charity during their difficult first few weeks.
Shaun has set a fundraising target of £1,250, and he is currently sitting at £1,121—so close to the finish line!
We are incredibly proud of Shaun's dedication to the community, and we would love to see him smash his target before he sets off from The Crown tomorrow at 12 noon. He'll be making his way through Warwick, Hayton, Brampton, Irthington, Crosby, and finally finishing at West Walls Brewery in Carlisle around 8 PM. If you spot him, give him a cheer!
