I am leaving this review to thank Fightback and their sister site that does the form filling first of all to thank them so much but also to put other people’s minds at rest.
Like many of you, my mental health makes it impossible for me to deal with the form filling that is necessary to receive the financial help to which I am entitled.
In times past, before I found Fightback and their invaluable services, I would suffer unbearable distress in even opening the envelope but now I know that, as a permanent VIP member, I can access their well-organised information vaults and, more importantly, I know I can pay for a friendly and knowledgeable member of their staff to fill in the forms for me from the information I give them and this is such a relief.
At the end of last year and going into this year I have been forced to migrate from ESA to UC and I have also had the dreaded PIP review. It has taken me this long to reduce my anxiety to the point where I have finally got around to leaving a review.
In both cases, they filled in the forms for me, and in the case of UC, actually set up my account for me. In both instances, I received the highest level of benefit, and I truly believe that their name on my forms meant my claims were taken seriously, as I did not have to wait long for a decision.
I can’t remember all the people that helped me but Amanda, Hayley and Michelle certainly did and I cannot convey my gratitude. I highly recommend their services and I can assure you that you will have such a weight lifted from your shoulders.
A tip is to make sure that you keep your reward letters and a copy of the filled forms you sent by recorded delivery, as this makes answering the questions Fightback and their form-filling services will ask you so much easier.
