Last Sunday, we were pleased to be Match Day sponsors as Suffolk Men’s 1st XI took on Shropshire at Sudbury Cricket Club.

With an entertaining afternoon of cricket, a strong performance from Suffolk and a seven-wicket victory for the hosts, it was a fantastic day to be involved in and a great atmosphere throughout the match.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day, and to Suffolk Cricket for their hospitality throughout the match. We wish Suffolk all the very best for this Sunday’s final group game against Cambridgeshire.

We had a brilliant day at the St Nic’s Cycle Ride yesterday. Even with the chilly start and brisk wind, it was fantastic to see so many people coming together to support St Nicholas Hospice Care and the vital work they do for local families and the wider community.

From members of our team taking part in the ride to colleagues volunteering at a water stop and others supporting our fundraising efforts, it was a real team effort across the firm.

Thank you to St Nicholas Hospice Care for organising a wonderful community event, and well done to everyone involved.

Good luck to everyone taking part in the St Nic’s Cycle Ride today!

Whether you’re riding solo, with friends, or as part of a club, today is about more than the kilometres. Every pedal turn helps support local families facing dying, death and grief across West Suffolk and Thetford.

Thank you for choosing to ride for St Nicholas Hospice Care.
We’ll be cheering you on every step (and hill!) of the way

The Statutory Sick Pay changes are now in effect, and you may already be seeing what this means for your business in day-to-day absence costs.

It may seem straightforward, but removing waiting days and widening eligibility can quickly add up across your team.

If you haven’t already reviewed the changes, now is a good time to take a step back and look at how short-term absence is managed, and whether your current policies still reflect how things work in practice.

Getting a clear understanding early on can help keep things consistent, proportionate, and easier to manage day to day.

We enjoyed another great afternoon of local sport over the Easter weekend as we sponsored Framlingham Town FC’s match against FC Peterborough.

There was a fantastic atmosphere throughout, with Framlingham putting in a strong performance and going 3–0 up before the result ultimately went FC Peterborough’s way.

There was still plenty to celebrate around the club, with Johnny Kerridge named Man of the Match, James Ross marking his 150th appearance and Liam Abraham celebrating his 300th game as first team manager.

Thank you to The Castlemen FC for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Your Will may need to cover more than property, savings and possessions.

Many people now have digital assets, from cryptocurrency and online investment accounts to family photos stored in the cloud. Recent legal changes mean some of these assets can now form part of your estate, but they are still easy to overlook.

Without clear instructions, loved ones may struggle to access important accounts, passwords or digital records when they are needed most.

Putting the right plans in place now can help make things much easier for your family in the future.

Last Saturday was another brilliant afternoon at Sudbury Rugby Club, as we sponsored the match day lunch ahead of Sudbury 1st XV’s final home game of the season against Southend Saxons.

There was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the afternoon, with a strong turnout and plenty of support around the club before and after kick-off.

Although the result did not go Sudbury’s way, it was still an excellent game and a pleasure to support the club and everyone involved.

A big thank you to Sudbury Rugby Club for hosting us, and to everyone who joined us on the day.
