The way Non-Molestation Orders work in England and Wales has changed, and if you work in family law, you need to know about it.

The President of the Family Division has issued revised guidance covering three key areas:
✅ Evidence requirements
✅ Stricter timescales
✅ Specific wording that must appear on court orders

Applications will now be referred to a judge the same day (if received before 4pm) or the next working day. Without-notice orders are firmly the exception, not the rule.

Our latest blog breaks down exactly what's changed and what it means for you. https://bit.ly/49vVvXF
