A great afternoon bringing the Bennett Oakley team together!
Last week, we held our AGM at Brewery in Burgess Hill – an opportunity to step away from our desks, reflect on the past year and look ahead to what’s next for Bennett Oakley.
As an employee-owned business, bringing everyone together and keeping the whole team involved in where we’re heading is really important to us.
Alongside the AGM, there was plenty of time to relax and catch up, with beer tasting at the tap room and some fantastic Greek street food from Happy Go Souvlaki.
We also took the opportunity to recognise a few members of the team, with bottles of bubbles going to Karen White & Joanna Ferraioli for Client Service, Adrian Grzenia for Innovation and Improvement, Polly Dare for being a fantastic Team Player, and Christina Littleton for Employee Ownership.
And on the social media front, Adrian Grzenia also picked up recognition for receiving the most likes on his posts, while Yaanick Nelson took the honours for the most shares!
Only With Love Brewery was a fantastic venue for the afternoon, giving us a relaxed space to bring everyone together, and the team there made us feel very welcome.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and to Brewery and Happy Go Souvlaki for helping make it such an enjoyable afternoon.
A brilliant way to celebrate another year together and look forward to what comes next.
