"I was very lucky that I was recommended Barretts Law by the Mortgage Brokers that I was also recommended to use.

Tahmina and Abbas that dealt with my purchase were absolutely fantastic, great with communication and keeping me updated on how things were progressing, answered any of my questions or concerns quickly, and made the whole process effortless.

Prime London property often requires specialist knowledge and local information for the smooth running of buying, selling and extending leases in exclusive developments. Luckily for this client, Barretts has the requisite expertise. 💜

"I recently completed the sale of my flat in the Barbican and can't recommend this firm highly enough.

Special thanks to Alisha Joseph and Nadia Paganuzzi, who handled the transaction from start to finish.

Their knowledge of the local area was a real asset throughout the process, and they were attentive and responsive at every stage, always on hand to answer questions and keep things moving.

What could easily have been a stressful process was made straightforward thanks to their professionalism and genuine helpfulness.

Alisha and Nadia were an absolute delight to deal with, and their hard work was instrumental in getting the deal over the line.

I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for solicitors they can trust."

Wonderful praise for our Loughton office, today.

Congratulations, Sabrina Sanger and Daniela Lushi.

"We had an excellent experience with Barretts while dealing with the sale of our late mother’s house.

Sabrina and Daniela provided a first-class service from start to finish.

They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always approachable, responding promptly to our questions and keeping us informed throughout.

They were both a pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward.

We would highly recommend Barretts and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

Promising Property News...🏚️🗝️

There's new hope for first-time buyers in the form of a Help to-Buy scheme mooted by Prime Minister, Andy Burnham. 🙌

The aim? To give disenchanted people "who have given up hope of ever having a home to call their own" aid in starting their climb of the property ladder.

The proposed scheme, "Your First Home", would be accesible to buyers in England with a deposit of 2.5%. An, intially, interest-free equity loan worth 20% would apply to the value of a new build property; giving builders additional "confidence to deliver the high-quality new homes the country needs".

Details are expected to be announced in the Autumn Budget on 28th October.

We always appreciate the valuable feedback we receive from clients. 💬💜🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This time, the excellent review comes from an Estate Agent with whom we work, and we value this praise equally. We choose our collaborations carefully, with the aim of working with businesses who support our aims of providing exceptional service and minimising stress to you.

In this instance, one of those business partners has made a special effort to reach out to management in praise of proactivity, initiative, forward planning and empathy with our clients:

"Hi Sabrina,

I have been an Estate Agent for 40 years, and as we all know, finding a good Conveyancer is very difficult. I wanted to let you know that I think Sonia Farmah is outstanding. She gets things done.

Our sale was set up on August 19th. Sonia knows the completion deadline is the end of October. The vendor has changed nurseries and cannot afford to pay twice.

Sonia has taken this into consideration; she has already secured the searches and is now sending out enquiries.

I am very impressed with her and wish more Conveyancers were able to meet deadlines. She needs no chasing. She is outstanding." 👏

So, in order to allay a client's concerns about having to pay double childcare fees, Sonia proactively started proceedings well ahead of the completion deadline to ensure there are no delays, and that the client's outcomes successfully avoid extra cost at an already expensive time.

Congratulations, Sonia, on your well-deserved commendation. 🎉

Barretts in the community: Wanstead Festival Edition 📍

Thank you to everyone who came to see us at the Wanstead Festival. 👐

This annual community event organised by Vision RCL had a tremendous turn out again this year, and many interesting stalls from our fellow community businesses.

We ran games to win prizes AND raise funds for our neighbours on the High Street, Saint Francis Hospice

It cost £1 to play, and we raised over £200 for this charity that gives care to over 4,000 people every year.

That means over 200 of you stopped by to say "Hi"! We're so grateful.

It was fantastic to meet you, and we're glad our specialist lawyers were on-hand to answer your questions too. 🙏

Congratulations Vision RCL and all participants and visitors on another successful Wanstead Festival.
