Meet Shelley Hampson
Onboarding Assistant

Shelley joined Williams Law just over a year ago following 18 years with Lloyds Banking Group, bringing a wealth of customer service, organisational and administrative experience to her role.

As part of the onboarding team, Shelley supports new enquiries, gathers the information needed to get matters underway and helps keep the early stages of the process clear and organised.

Her planning skills, willingness to help and attention to detail make her a valued part of the team — along with the quirky sense of humour she brings to the office.

Outside work, Shelley is a budding florist with a passion for creating bouquets and floral arrangements for special occasions.

Meet Anna Griffiths
Onboarding Assistant

With previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Anna already understood the property sector before joining Williams Law. She also brings many years of customer service and administrative experience from roles within recruitment and training.

Bubbly, upbeat and approachable, Anna helps guide clients through the onboarding process. She understands that the early stages of a property transaction can sometimes feel stressful, so she always aims to make the experience as clear and positive as possible.

Anna particularly enjoys being part of a close-knit team where everyone works together and looks out for one another.

Outside work, Anna is kept very busy by her three beautiful children—and enjoys a trip to the pub whenever she gets the chance! 😊

🏡 Help to Buy – Wales has been extended until 31 March 2027

If you’re hoping to purchase a new-build home in Wales, the scheme could help make that move more achievable.

Under Help to Buy – Wales:

• Buyers provide a minimum deposit of 5%
• The scheme provides an equity mortgage of up to 20% of the purchase price
• The maximum purchase price is £300,000
• The remaining amount is funded through a repayment mortgage
• The property must be a qualifying new-build home from a participating builder registered with the scheme

The Welsh Government says the extension could support up to 400 additional households.

Meet Ellie Williams
Junior Assistant

Ellie joined Williams Law in 2025 and has quickly developed her knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing.

Organised and attentive, she supports the day-to-day progression of matters and is always keen to learn and take on greater responsibility. Her continued development has seen her progress into the role of Junior Assistant.

Alongside gaining practical experience within the team, Ellie is studying towards her conveyancing diploma as she continues to build her career in the profession.

We are proud of everything Ellie has achieved so far and look forward to seeing her continue to develop as part of the Williams Law team.
