My name is Samantha and I am a Conveyancing Executive here at Landons Solicitors.

I started my career in Conveyancing in 2007 and obtained a law degree from the University of Essex in 2022. I worked in a firm in London for the majority of my early career before joining Landons Conveyancing department in September 2025.

I have extensive experience in all areas of both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. I have worked on a wide range of matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and complex titles. My name is Miranda Seaman and I am a Consultant Solicitor here at Landons, specialising in all aspects of family law. I was born in Leigh on Sea and studied Mathematics, Statistics and Economics at University College London before going on to complete the Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course in Birmingham, being admitted as a solicitor in 1992.

After undertaking Articles at a Lincoln’s Inn firm, I worked at various firms in London and Essex, including spending 15 years as Partner and then Senior Partner here at Landons ! I took a step back in 2015 to spend more time with my three young children, and during that period worked part time at various local firms. I returned home to Landons in 2022, as a Consultant Solicitor.

I practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, cohabitation, finances and disputes relating to children. I am a member of Resolution.

Outside of work, music is my passion- I am a keen member of a London chamber choir, singing regularly in this country and abroad, and play the piano. I am also a part time Priest in the Church of England and an Diocesan Advisor on Vocations. This and my 3 children keep me very busy!

My name is Amy and I am a residential property Solicitor here at Landons. I joined Landons in July 2022 and qualified as a solicitor in 2019. I have over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, specialising in all aspects of residential property transactions. I strive to provide clear, practical advice and a steady hand throughout what can often feel like a complex or stressful process.

I have extensive experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, residential lease extensions, and more complex matters including option and overage agreements.

My name is Amy and I am a Conveyancing Executive here at Landons with over 20 years experience in residential property transactions and I have a wealth of experience within the profession.

I joined Landons in April 2021 and I work in our Residential Property Department.

My extensive knowledge of the sector means I am fully appraised of the demands of property transactions and how they need to be conducted. I am able to work in a uniquely client-focused way to meet the demands of my chosen specialism.
I have a great deal of knowledge in respect of Government assisted schemes such as Help to Buy Equity Loans, Help to Buy ISAs, Lifetime ISAs and Forces Help to Buy.

I have a proven track record in being able to meet strict timescales and I understand that purchasing a property can be quite an anxious time for clients but being fully appraised of how matters are needed to be handled, I am able to put clients at ease to enable a smooth transaction for all parties.
