•Welcoming clients and managing reception
• Answering and directing calls and emails
• Handling post, filing, and general admin tasks

About you:
• Professional and approachable manner
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and phone systems
• Previous reception or office experience preferred
