👏🏻 CHOOSE YOUR TEAM WISELY 👏🏻

This is the number one cause of fall throughs, in my opinion.

❌Terrible estate agents who have no idea what chain details are or keep recommending crap lawyers becase they get a nice referral fee from them.

❌ Over the top surveyors who pick up on dust on the skirting board. I kid you not - I saw that report with my own eyes last week. Get somebody sensible who's going to give you some straight talking advice.

❌ Mortgage brokers who don't ask for the right information or give you the right advice at the start so you are sat waiting to exchange with no offer trying to sort things out on your credit report 👀

❌ Lawyers who are just utterly crap. It takes them a week to come back to your email and they will delay your exchange by needing their work checked by a senior last minute.

If you don't know somebody who has moved recently to ask for recommendations - Google reviews are your bestie! Read them. Call your chosen supplier a few times before instructing them. Do they answer the phone? Do you get the level of service you'd hope for?

An unexpected delivery today from the Chester & Co Partners had me taking a moment (literally a moment before the phone rang again) to reflect on what I have built.

It's been a year or so since the workflow started flowing and I had a little look back at the numbers. I was so shocked to see the total - that is a lot of happy clients!

So so thankful to all of those that support me and have me on their mind when asked 'do you know a Conveyancer?'
